I'm a little bit slow trying to understand the quote. But it is quite beautiful. I guess what I think it means is to me is that the way we see ourselves is different from what others might see us as?

Thelma: I think it is something like that yes. That we have things about us that we do not know of and that sometimes it has to be someone else to let you know. I posted this because I have a problem with self-confidence, which I am now working really hard on. This was the start:)
